Procurement Compliance Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Review procurement files to ensure compliance with current federal regulations and our Procurement Manual. Responsible for assisting with training initiatives to roll out new practices and process improvements to the Procurement teams and other Business Partner and Account Groups. Assist with maintaining a CPSR approved business system, Federal Funding and Accountability Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting, job aids, subcontract templates, forms, tasks, and duties as assigned.  Responsible for conducting pre- and post-award compliance reviews of procurement files. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of procurement compliance within federal contracting. Interface with procurement management and staff. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with US government contracts as a federal contractor

  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR

  • Ability to successfully support a fast paced, high-volume, and diverse workload

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with subcontracts administration or procurement policy and compliance roles or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with subcontracts administration or procurement policy and compliance roles

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as a compliance and procurement professional within federal contracting

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and SharePoint and building new templates and workbooks, macros, and lookup features

  • Knowledge of agency supplements

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
