Job Description
Key Role:
Work as a member of the Strategic Proposal team, providing a range of proposal-related support and expertise, across major proposal volumes or sections. Support the Proposal Teams and the Proposal Manager driving the proposal development workflow, communicating processes, and managing the tools and systems used for desktop publishing, file storage, and collaboration. Organize meetings with stakeholders, collaborating on creating or collecting graphics, coordinating review process with key stakeholders and ensuring proposals are delivered complete and in advance of the deadline. Post submission, activities include organizing and archiving proposal documentation and close out other assets. Lead the coordination of planning and implementation of proposal production. Interface with senior management and executive leadership regularly. Provide advice and counsel to the organization in overall functional strategic planning and use professional concepts in resolving critical issues and broad design matters. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a proposal coordinator
3+ years of experience with Desktop Publishing using Adobe Suite, MS TEAMS, MS 365, and SharePoint
Experience with the proposal development life-cycle, ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met
Experience with creating outlines using government instructions, including Sections L, M, or C
Experience leading meetings and contributing to innovation and technology discussions
Ability to travel up to proposal meeting locations
Associate's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including working in a SCIFF
Experience with leading and coordinating diverse teams from various organizational levels in consulting firms
Ability to plan and coordinate proposal resources, including people and schedules
Ability to communicate status regularly to proposal managers and firm leadership and produce schedules, templates, and other proposal documentation using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Ability to perform tech editing on proposal content
Ability to occasionally work during the evening or on weekends
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
