Real Estate Leasing Specialist

Key Role:

Lead lease administration activities for government properties, including tracking of key dates and expenses, coordinating with the tenant and landlord, and supporting lease negotiation and renewal activities. Support the selection of location and development of client facilities requirements and approaches to achieve the preferred functional end-state and to support the client's real estate strategy. Conduct market surveys, develops cost estimates, and prepare lease documentation. Develop advanced solutions based on principles in the real estate, facilities and construction trades. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise. Serve as a liaison between the client, government agencies, and private sector entities. Prepare managerial and executive-level written and verbal briefings and reports for team members and client leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with lease administration and real estate acquisitions

• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to communicate with customers, client leadership, and team members

• Ability to travel within the US occasionally

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with lease negotiations and real estate policy and procedures

• Knowledge of real estate policy and procedures

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
