The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Release Team Lead familiar with Agile development methodologies? Have you worked to oversee developer teams through the entire SDLC ensuring on-time, quality product development? As a Release Team Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to support the management of an Agile IT organization, working closely with executives, business Product Owners, and developer teams to deliver mission-critical custom applications. You will support vendor management, assisting with administrative functions, including SLA compliance, and leading Quality Assurance activities for all the software development in your assigned team’s purview. You will interact directly with Agile Scrum Teams, supporting PI and Sprint planning, execution, and closeout, while assuring adherence to the contract-established performance measures and the agency-established Agile Handbook. You will help ensure efficient and timely software development to meet client-defined priorities and legislative mandates, executing defined IT program strategy and operations plans. You will also work to address ad hoc requests and data calls from stakeholders, including the ACIOs and product owners and identify and mitigate risks and issues as they arise proactively.
