The Opportunity:
Everyone is trying to “harness the power of Salesforce,” but not everyone knows how. As a Salesforce Release Lead, you know how to design, build, manage, and optimize Salesforce domain release management that meets your clients’ needs. We need you to help us accomplish critical projects and their delivery through the Salesforce pipeline.
On our team as a Salesforce Release Lead, you’ll be responsible for the Salesforce domain release management, process design, optimization, schedule, and stakeholder engagement. The Release Lead is the major liaison between application development and production for release management control working with a third-party. As the point of contact for Salesforce development teams, the leads will manage and optimize the release process and implement Copado best practices, Salesforce native deployment tools, and sandbox strategies.

You Have:
Experience with the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
Experience in troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline failures or slowness
Experience with Salesforce development release processes and tools
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively with clients, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Veterans Affairs or Government Agencies
Salesforce Certification, including Salesforce Development Life Cycle, Salesforce Deployment Designer, Salesforce Admin, or Salesforce Platform App Builder
Copado Certification, including Copado Administrator or Copado Developer
ITIL Release Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
