Key Role:

Serve as part of the Booz Allen Hamilton corporate security division’s DD254 team by administering government security procedures as they relate to Classification Management. Process subcontract companies for DD Form 254s. Interact with Program Managers, Task Leads, and Facility Security Officers to comprehend and implement contract security specifications. Work with offices of various departments and agencies across various contracts and review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Support the integration of NCCS, including future state, ACCS, and any future automated DD254 process into the centralized Classification Management program. Act as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment, handle assigned tasks individually, and perform additional security duties, as assigned. Communicate information to various audiences verbally and through written communications. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with working as a security specialist or assistant facility security officer (AFSO) supporting the 32 CFR Part 117, including NISPOM and DoD collateral security guidance

  • Experience with DD 254 preparation

  • Knowledge of government systems, including the National Industrial Security System (NISS) and Army Centralized Contracts and Security (ACCS)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe

  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate contract security requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently and make decisions with limited direction

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to be proactive in learning the mission and its needs to produce timely, quality deliverables

  • Ability to become acclimated quickly and maintain productivity in changing or ambiguous work situations

  • Top Secret clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
