Job Description
Key Role:
Work as a senior ServiceNow administrator, navigate and manage demands, and build platform solutions that will meet and transform business processes. Perform day-to-day administration of the platform and manage life cycle upgrades as part of the administrator team. Monitor the overall platform health to identify possible areas of concern proactively, establish regular maintenance procedures, perform regular maintenance tasks to sustain platform performance and availability, conduct ServiceNow platform assessments, and provide recommendations for improvements. Use a systematic approach and a wide breadth of ServiceNow platform expertise to troubleshoot, identify, and solve technical issues and manage instance security, including user and group access, access control rules, and auditing. Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize value proactively, provide input into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for the platform. Stay abreast of new features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvement. Ensure operational integrity, integrations, audit, data maintenance activities, and oversight of discovery processes and schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
5 + years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in IT operations management, including CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Discovery using Service Graph Connectors and ITSM in a large enterprise environment
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO
Experience with performing ServiceNow technical configuration, including database table structure, import sets, ETL, update sets, business rules, UI policies and actions, data policies, and ACLs
Experience with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting
Knowledge of scripting language, including JavaScript
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
