The Opportunity:
Your combination of people skills and system administrator knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. We’re looking for Deployment Specialists with ServiceNow system administrator experience to work as part of a fast-paced team dedicated to coordinating deployments with multiple Scrum development teams.
As a system administrator on our team, you’ll perform multiple deployments per week across many different ServiceNow applications. You will perform pre-deployment testing, maintain deployment checklists, and perform trouble shooting during deployments. You’ll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.
This is an opportunity to gain additional experience with ServiceNow. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. You Have:
· 5+ years of experience in a professional or academic environment
· 2+ years of experience with serving as a system administrator with ServiceNow
· 2+ years of experience with managing a deployment schedule and performing deployments in production environments
· Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Knowledge of ITIL-based deployment practices
· Public Trust
· HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with JIRA
· Ability to conduct regularly scheduled evening deployments outside of normal East Coast business hours
· Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
· ITIL v3 or v4 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
