Solutions Architect, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Lead efforts across our Civil market and contribute to multi-year growth plans targeting specific federal government clients while maintaining responsibility for services delivery as well as leadership for targeted capture opportunities leading a broad team of technical and management consulting professionals. Work as a thought leader in the digital space and provide technology solutions that generate significant revenue, business, and industry performance. Serve as a results-oriented, innovative business leader and leverage expertise of digital technology, bringing new applications and services to market, and developing new businesses. Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of technology, trends, policies, and stakeholders in the Digital landscape. Serve as a practitioner with more than one area of expertise, including chief information officer support, business strategy, and modern digital solution architecture in areas such as cloud computing, DevSecOps, agile software development, microservices, performance engineering, information security and privacy, and enterprise data management. Work closely with federal government clients, including CIOs and IT directors in program offices with emerging needs around new development of technology solutions, specifically software systems used to accomplish programmatic missions and that will address the clients’ pain points and challenges. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in driving technology programs for federal or commercial clients

  • Experience in shaping and delivering technology with a combination of modernization and transformation initiatives for large scale IT enterprise

  • Experience with integrating modern technologies and approaches, including Cloud, XaaS, Agile, and DevSecOps into federal IT enterprise, such as OCIOs or IT divisions within larger line offices and program directorates

  • Experience with contribution to full system development life cycle (SDLC) support, including architecture and design of solutions that contribute to the satisfaction of mission and business needs utilizing modern software development frameworks and languages, such as Java, J2EE, Spring, Angular, and .NET

  • Experience with designing and deploying solutions across multiple cloud service providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience with working in a client-facing role, including briefing, building presentations, facilitating meetings, and engaging or reaching out to key stakeholders

  • Ability to lead, inspire, and influence team members, including sponsoring technical communities of practice and mentoring junior team members

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Technical Certifications, including Cloud Computing, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, and Modern Software Development, such as Agile Delivery

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with providing technical solutions delivery

  • Experience working in 24/7 information and technology services operations arena

  • Ability to multitask on several different projects for different clients in different locations

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Top Secret clearance preferred

  • Master's degree

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 175,000 to 185,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
