Strategic Campaigns and Client Experience Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced communications specialist like you, who is ready to lead and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll leverage your expertise to lead our key internal campaigns and the team that supports them.

As a Strategic Campaigns and Client Experience Associate on our team, you’ll develop and implement comprehensive communications plans that include short- and long-term strategies for supporting internal business partners to deliver on the key strategic campaigns that will help enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to understand the organizational goals and align employee programs and messaging accordingly.

You will foster collaborative relationships with business partners and advise and support them by leading their strategic communications, visibility and publication, and employee engagement plans. Partnering with our internal capabilities teams, you will design and develop communications plan and outreach strategies for promoting and distributing publications and content to multiple audiences. You will ensure consistent voice and effective messaging across communications efforts through development of key messages aligned with identified communication priorities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with communications or marketing for large organizations

  • Experience with communicating and marketing to enterprises and consumers or employees

  • Experience with designing communications and stand out campaign plans for messaging that addresses the employees’ needs and wants

  • Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas, think outside the box, and come up with new ideas and ways of communicating our message to employees

  • Ability to display a collaborative approach, a strong opinion, advocate for awesome ideas, including those of others, and learn in the pursuit of your work

  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working in studio or agency environments

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent presentation, organizational, project management, and time management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field

  • Certified Marketer (PCM), Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
