Managing this client office’s enterprise-wide communications strategy requires attention to detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for well-being. That’s why we need you, a communications specialist who can help ensure success through proactive solutions and excellent execution.

As a strategic communications specialist on our team, you’ll lead the development of creative solutions to complex problems. As a self-starter and team builder, you will provide strategy communication services to communicate government initiatives and priorities, design and deliver a variety of well-being communications materials, create proactive and responsive solutions to business needs, and seize opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit, and organizational processes. You will coordinate with well-being leadership to prioritize potential initiatives based on workforce feedback and industry trends. You will also work closely with well-being stakeholders to develop customer-facing and partner-facing collateral and communications.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications
  • Knowledge of communications best practices and principles
  • Ability to research and draft original content for a variety of communication channels and methods with little direction or supervision
  • Ability to develop a network of communications professionals in the client space
  • Ability to interact with high-level clients, including making recommendations to advance their vision
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Ability to plan, develop, design, and revise corporate websites
  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
