Strategic Partnership Director

Key Role:

Drive and build the framework to manage relationships with our third-party suppliers across the business. Develop relationships with key partners and vendors to develop mutually beneficial agreements in line with the direction of the business. Identify promising partners, assess their capabilities, and help create opportunities that generate additional revenue, expand our business offerings, and exceed current industry trends. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals that will help Booz Allen accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions. Leverage expertise with a broad variety of partnerships agreement types and knowledge of the trends and key technologies to negotiate, execute, and assess business deals. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with understanding, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of partnerships and opportunities

-Experience with the monetization of intellectual capital into new products, service offerings, and game-changing innovations for a large and diverse organization

-Knowledge of the federal procurement regulations

-Ability to comprehend market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, and partnering and channel development

-Ability to identify trends, relative benefits and risks, and financial and IC implications of the deals for large institutions

-Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in dealing with large software and manufacturing organizations and start-ups and venture capitalists preferred

-Experience with large platform providers, including Amazon, Google, and Microsoft

-Experience with business development and delivery teams

-Ability to work collaboratively to support partnering externally and internally with groups across a highly matrixed organization to influence decision-makers

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
