Job Description
Key Role:
Identify, manage and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle, including pre-award through post-award to support prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategies by effectively partnering with other functional groups, including Legal, Contracts, Pricing, Risk Management, Finance, and others. Perform and oversee critical procurement tasks for highly complex procurements around development of effective business solutions, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, including negotiation of master service agreements, reseller agreements, license agreements, creating and issuing requests for proposals, evaluating supplier proposals, conducting price analysis, pricing bill of materials, negotiating non-disclosure agreement, teaming agreements, creating small business subcontracting plans, flowing down appropriate prime contract, firm, or agency regulations, and administering master agreements, subcontracts, modifications, or task orders. Ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Booz Allen policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, or Purchasing in support of Commercial or U.S. Government Domestic and International Prime Contracts
Experience in negotiating with Commercial Contractors’ master agreements, reseller agreements, or license agreements in a fast-paced environment for both internal R&D and federal acquisitions
Experience in supporting complex proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment for commercial acquisitions
Experience with negotiating various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-Delivery, Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types
Experience with creating, reviewing, and auditing file documentation in compliance with contractor purchasing system review (CPSR) requirements
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and IDIQ vehicles
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration or 10+ years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
