Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader providing portfolio management and technical planning, execution and operational support for diverse systems and platforms, including technical services and systems integration. Apply standards and specifications for application of systems across ground, maritime, air platforms, or C5ISR. Lead the design, integration, procurement, and planning of infrastructure and installation projects. Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories. Lead strategy of development of solutions to large-scale, highly complex problems. Exercise considerable latitude and maintain responsibility for supervision and development of managers.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience as a technical director or chief engineer and leading the technical planning, engineering, integration, execution, and operational support for diverse weapons systems or platforms while managing technical risk
15+ years of experience with engineering technical assistance, including design reviews, post-award conferences, testing, trials or configuration audits
10+ years of experience with defense standards and environmental specifications for the application of systems across ground, maritime, air platforms, or C5ISR
10+ years of experience with requirements management, including traceability, adherence to specifications, reliability, maintainability, and availability and ensuring delivery for prescribed cost and scope, including tailoring and adapting processes based on client needs
10+ years of experience with providing top-level analysis and comprehending cybersecurity requirements and threats as they apply to diverse weapon and enterprise systems
Experience with incorporating cybersecurity into system designs, including vulnerability and penetration assessment, supply chain risk assessments, software and hardware vulnerability assessments, certification and accreditation activities, reverse engineering solutions, and evaluation of threat intelligence
Ability to lead diverse technical teams, develop excellent client relationships, and develop intellectual capital that enhances firm capabilities

Additional Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with leading prototype design and analysis activities in support of new and non-standard concepts
10+ years of experience with planning, design, integration, procurement, and life cycle management of IT infrastructure and installation projects, including configuration management and obsolescence management
5+ years of experience with executing DevOps and iterative designs in rapid succession
5+ years of experience with Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services, including evaluating design processes, document reviews, and system audits and validation
Knowledge of model-based systems engineering frameworks or digital engineering methodologies
Ability to build rapport and develop, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reports to senior leaders
BS degree in Systems or EE, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; MS degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field a plus
PMP, INCOSE CSEP, or ESEP Certifications preferred
