The Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Booz Allen, you'll work within our recruiting department in a fast-paced people services organization. You’ll gain exposure and work with various recruiting teams to support key talent acquisition processes and priorities. Leverage limited usage and application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Solve routine problems of limited scope and follow specific and detailed instructions.

You Have:
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
-Ability to be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
-Ability to stay on task and work with general supervision
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree by Spring 2027
Nice If You Have:
-Ability to communicate well with all levels of management, including executive leadership
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
