Tech and Data Innovator, Senior

Key Role:

Design and implement technology and data strategies to enhance insight for Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing departments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Build stakeholder consensus and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables. Identify opportunities for process optimization and introduce data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current on trends and best practices to continually drive innovation and improvement. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively. Embrace a startup mentality by generating and implementing innovative ideas, adapt quickly, when needed, and assume ownership of projects. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing and executing technology and data strategies

  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience with database technologies, including SQL Server and Oracle SQL

  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms, including Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data quality management

  • Ability to display a track record of building consensus among stakeholders

  • Ability to demonstrate success in project management and ensure timely delivery and exceptional solution design

  • Bachelor's Degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with consulting, federal government contracting, contracts, procurement, or pricing

  • Experience with programming languages, including VBA, Python, JavaScript, or C#

  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud computing platforms

  • Experience with machine learning and AI tools

  • Experience with processing and visualizing large datasets

  • Knowledge of big data technologies

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
