Technical Delivery Manager

Key Role:

Manage tasks and initiatives associated with product development life cycle for digital products and services. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery of multi-system solutions for healthcare systems, including as a product owner responsible for managing and delivering systems
  • 5+ years of experience with product management
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading multi-disciplinary, digital products to understand requirements, devise solutions, and deliver useable products and solutions to the end user
  • Experience with strategy development through development a shared vision, including translating ideas into action, driving decisions, establishing goals, and meeting commitments
  • Knowledge of the digital product life cycle from concept design to product requirements, user testing, change management or risk management
  • Ability to manage communications and coordinate across multiple customer stakeholder groups, vendor partners, and your delivery team, and ensure communication pathways are streamlined and messaging is clear and concise
  • Ability to leverage internal networks to manage team efforts toward common goals, working effectively with colleagues to apply existing and new methodologies to help address complex client needs
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in an Agile or Scrum work environment
  • Experience with requirements gathering, development of wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills
  • SAFe, Agile CSM, or equivalent Certification
  • AWS or DevOps based Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
