Technical Project Manager

Key Role:

Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative software engineering team operating, building, and fielding capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the Cybersecurity field. Be a passionate, customer-focused, highly Technical Project Manager (TPM) in software engineering and Cybersecurity. Work on automation of nation-level, mission-critical Cyber defense processes, workflows, and sensor data in security risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring. Be responsible for coordination of operations across the team including DevOps and SDLC, including customer intake, requirements and product roadmap, and development and testing. Understand solutions architecture, web technologies, product management, and Agile processes with a background in software engineering or cybersecurity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working on Agile software development teams
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical manager of cross-functional teams
  • Experience with conducting requirements analysis as a product owner or product manager
  • Experience with Cloud, web technologies, web applications, relational databases, and software systems and networks
  • Experience with Cybersecurity, including compliance or operations
  • Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of budget management
  • Ability to manage schedules and tasks for new features, integrations, deployments, and operations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with 800-171, 800-53, FISMA, RMF, FedRAMP, ATOs, or Compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management tools and data, including Nessus, STIGs, CVEs, or IAVAs
  • Experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, IIS, SQL, or Powershell
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+ or CISSP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
