Job Description
Key Role:
Manage operation of the HelpDesk team ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements. Work with clients to diagnose and correct technical issues involving pricing tools and systems. Manage SharePoint site access and content while collaborating with documentation owners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR on specific technical issues that affect anything within the proposal processes. Perform system testing to identify defects or improper functions against documented requirements and report findings to the development and testing leads for corrective action. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with providing IT customer support, including software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and ticket management
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience with SharePoint
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting processes and deployments on web-based environments
- Ability to provide excellent interpersonal interactions with clients
- Ability to apply a systematic problem-solving approach, including a sense of ownership and drive
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exist
- Ability to work with engineering and development teams to perform system testing
- Ability to work in a dispersed work environment
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
