Technology Integration Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for strategy, technology internal consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Focus on all aspects of M&A transactions from due diligence, comprehensive technology integration plans development, Day 1 readiness, and leading complex tech integration and divestiture separation through collaboration and practical M&A expertise. Work closely with senior leadership and technology subject matter experts to achieve maximum value on deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. Report to the Senior Associate in Technology M&A Integration who is responsible for the M&A deal pipeline for technology integration strategy, technology due diligence, and pre- and post-acquisition scoping and integration activities. Work closely with internal cross-functional IT teams, acquired company representatives, senior executives, and corporate development teams in evaluating potential target companies, and development and implementation of IT integration plans. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting or IT PMO

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Knowledge of end-to-end M&A life cycle

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of two or more IT domains such as ERP or business systems, network, cloud, storage, or server infrastructure, and information security

  • Ability to develop quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data sets to synthesize relevant recommendations

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • CAPM or PMP certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
