Technology and Data Innovator

Key Role:

Drive the development and execution of technology and data solutions within our Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing departments. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit, be a self-starter, take ownership of projects, and demonstrate consistent ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Apply communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and adapt and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Design and implement technology and data strategies to enhance insight for Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing departments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Build stakeholder consensus and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables. Identify opportunities for process optimization and introduce data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current on trends and best practices to continually drive innovation and improvement. Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Embrace a startup mentality by generating and implementing innovative ideas, adapting quickly when needed, and assuming ownership of projects. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing technology and data strategies

  • Experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional solution design

  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, Federal Government Contracting, contracts, procurement, or pricing

  • Experience in processing and visualizing large datasets

  • Experience with machine learning and AI tools preferred

  • Knowledge of big data technologies

  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data quality management

  • Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL Server and Oracle SQL

  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as VBA, Python, JavaScript, or C#

  • Ability to build consensus among stakeholders

  • Possession of excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
