UX and Content Strategist, Mid

Key Role:

Help the client develop and organize career information for employees to support recruiting and onboarding process for the organization. Determine content organization, identify formats to best communicate types of information, and identify ways to increase brand and subject matter awareness. Conduct content audits and analyze user engagement metrics to develop informed recommendations regarding content organization, consolidation, and removal. Collaborate with Human Resources stakeholders and executive leadership to present recommendations and develop innovative ideas that support project goals and drive project outcomes. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with UX strategy
  • Experience providing editorial support to consolidate and optimize content
  • Experience performing content gap analyses
  • Ability to support the development and organization of career information to support government recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with information architecture
  • Experience with plain language standards
  • Experience with UXD practices
  • Knowledge of Agile practices
  • Knowledge of content strategy practices, content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Possession of excellent presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
