Workplace Technology Specialist

The Opportunity:  

As a workplace technology specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a workplace technology specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our workplace strategy. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Excel, Power BI, EMS and regular interactions with SMEs, project analysts, and customers.

The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the programs and tools achieve set goals and meet our quality standards. You Have: 

  • Experience with serving as a project lead and subject matter expert throughout a new program implementation

  • Experience with supporting end-user facing program and application

  • Ability to use software applications, including Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Access

  • Ability to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to meet deadlines and remain flexible with continually changing priorities

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with facilitating training sessions and demonstrations to large user groups

  • Experience with Eptura and Accruent workplace solutions

  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Knowledge of industry trends regarding workplace technology, strategy, and market technology solutions in support of workplace operations

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
