Job Description
Key Role:
Lead growth activities to address highly complex mission problems and assume a delivery leadership role at a program and account level. Shape market and digital solutions to identify and lead growth opportunities as a technical leader using Salesforce technology. Collaborate to create and provide governance, standards, and best practices for the Salesforce technology to support firmwide initiatives. Assist with the development of solution architecture and resolution of complex issues in a variety of projects and programs across the firm, utilizing the Salesforce platform. Oversee the development of solutions to highly complex problems.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a people leader on teams in complex matrixed organizations, including establishing accountability across teams and coaching junior team members
8+ years of experience with defining vision, implementing strategy, and delivery of services in complex customer environments, including software development and modernization efforts
3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role, including briefing, building presentations, facilitating meetings, and engaging or reaching out to key stakeholders
Experience with removing roadblocks to implement continuous improvement initiatives, to increase velocity and improve quality
Experience with the SAFe framework and the planning and execution of PI planning
Ability to implement capacity planning and management
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing performance goals at the individual and team levels, including metrics and directives
Experience with defining and deploying processes to measure and control delivery progress
Experience in the establishment and enforcement of timelines, code freezes, and scope control for all releases
Experience with managing concurrent releases
Experience with identifying risks and issues, including identifying mitigation and resolution plans
Experience with creating a business development plan to identify new opportunities, mature relationships, develop proposals, and capture new business
Experience with supporting Federal Government, VA, or Healthcare Information Technology sectors
Experience with Salesforce releases and deployments using DevOps tooling
Ability to socialize and champion the priorities of software delivery with other teams, including client and partner teams, to drive tangible results
Salesforce Certification, including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, User Experience Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Data Architecture and Management Designer, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, or Lean Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
