Job Description
Key Role:
Understand business needs from customers to effectively consult, drive growth to existing task orders, and generate future work. Support crafting of strategy, CONOPS and vision in support of customer use cases. Support development and execution of portfolio “strategic plan”. Leverage knowledge of backlogs and overall scope definition. Apply experience with customer relationships and generating customer intimacy, such as a trust partner. Support development of executive review presentation content. Collaborate with customer success as part of internal organization to support goals. Monitor customer success status across projects and support activities as needed. Support senior staff meetings. Support new business, such as proposals, RFIs, and on contract growth, and achieving business targets. Support coaching and mentoring of internal delivery managers by acting as “voice of the customer”. This position requires the ability to travel for customer engagements, such as industry days, conferences, and customer off-sites
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing projects, product lines, or strategic initiatives
Ability to understand technical concepts around products and solutions
Ability to foster positive business relationships
Ability to be highly organized and multi-task across a complex, evolving portfolio of projects
Ability to be a self-starter and navigate without constant direction
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Nice if You Have:
Experience supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) or Federal Government
Experience working in healthcare or healthcare IT
Ability to have passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery to Veterans
Possession of excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
