Job Description
Key Role:
Develop new relationships within the cyber insurance and privacy law firm channel and expand existing relationships by managing targeted accounts for strategic growth. Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand the incident response retainer base. Collaborate with internal technical experts and external partners, such as cyber insurance carriers, brokers, and industry law firms to help develop solutions to the toughest challenges clients face. Collaborate with insurance carriers to create new solutions for the middle and enterprise market, to include Digital Forensics and Incident Response, Ransomware Negotiations, Ransomware Recovery, Business Email Compromise, and Pre-breach consulting. Engage in speaking opportunities, such as webinars, conferences, or other branding opportunities and attend industry conferences as the direction of leadership. Analyze available data sources, security tools, and threat trends to use in a business development capacity.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with incident response or cyber insurance in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Cybersecurity in a professional work environment
Ability to troubleshoot difficult problems
Ability to learn new expertise and areas
Ability to follow-up and follow through with commitments
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of incident response frameworks and handling procedures
Knowledge of the Cyber Insurance Industry or brokerage firm
Knowledge of Cyber risks and threats related to Cyber attackers
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
