Accounts Payable TechOps Analyst

The Opportunity: 

As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.  

As a member of the Accounts Payable TechOps Team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including functional application administration, functional reporting and analytics development, process and reporting automation, audit assistance, and end user support. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Administer system functionality, such as Concur, Ivalua, and Oversight. 
  • Develop intelligence reports for respective AP systems and teams. 
  • Respond to requests for ad hoc reporting for respective AP systems and teams. 
  • Participate in projects to automate AP processes and reporting. 
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate with functional teams, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. 
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to enhance system understanding and usage.  
  • Collaborate in the preparation of documentation for SOX audits 
  • Collaborate with other Finance teams on AP analysis. 
  • Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

You Have: 

  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Ability to follow instructions 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:  

  • Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and dashboard creation 
  • Experience with system administration or configuration 
  • Experience supporting system implementation and upgrades 
  • Experience with Costpoint, Ivalua, Concur, and Oversight 
  • Knowledge of the accounts payable process 
  • Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance 
  • Possession of excellent problem solving skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
