Bring your passion for creating an amazing user experience to Booz Allen. We need an experienced front-end developer who will use, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to contribute and be part of maintaining the responsibility for the administration, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint-based and Power Platform-based applications and solutions. You’ll create and maintain complex workflows for process improvements and streamlining.

On our team, you’ll work with clients, stakeholders, and project management to analyze business and enterprise requirements, including applying expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. You’ll work on projects that meet challenges in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN), collaborating with the development team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint with user centric design. You’ll develop your skills and learn how to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration, including SharePoint Online

  • Experience with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites with complex workflows

  • Experience working with clients, stakeholders, and end users to obtain requirements

  • Experience with JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML and CSS

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, or PowerBI

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with software development supporting the IC in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and content type development

  • Experience with Power App and Power Automate development

  • Ability to work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions

  • Ability to perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, and solution deployments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
