Job Description
Key Role:
Act as the first point of escalation on behalf of the data center customers. Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for mission owner applications. Be well versed in the Engineering Lifecycle processes and an understanding of Data Center operations. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels when needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT and Data Management
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of Customer Services and Data Center technologies
- Ability to be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Management
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with network, systems administration, or systems engineering
- Knowledge of commercial cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
- Ability to be a self-starter who can manage their time and priorities successfully
- Ability to be collaborative and work independently
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organization skills, including completing projects in a timely manner
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
