Program Manager

Key Role:

Act as a strategic advisor, align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. Provide technical and project management support towards the delivery of next-generation information warfare capabilities. Interact with senior leadership in establishing and managing scope, schedule and milestones, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with information warfare initiatives and solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Perform financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for moderate-sized programs, organizations, or proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with contract and project management in a technical environment, including schedule management, risk management, scope management, financial management, and staff planning

  • Experience with business development and the capture and proposal processes

  • Experience with building relationships with senior client and industry partner stakeholders to drive business growth

  • Experience with analyzing project-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate financial forecasting, projections and maintain overall successful project execution

  • Knowledge of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and Working Capital Fund (WCF) business operations

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative capabilities and successfully execute on client projects

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or technical field preferred; Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or technical field a plus

  • PMP, CISSP, INCOSE CSEP or other related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
