Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader of a training simulation solutions team focused on rapidly driving innovation and modernization, meeting client challenges, and developing key talent. Use defense modeling and simulation and training experience to drive capture of modeling and simulation and live virtual constructive, gaming solution opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Anticipate market needs to lead the development of transformational solutions to client problems and define, shape, and lead technical proposal efforts. Balance architectural concerns of the projects with the concerns of the enterprise. Apply technology and innovation into multiple client spaces with a specific focus on modernization and transformation activities for a product line-based environment. Provide thought leadership based on industry trends and drive innovations to scale the firm’s modeling and simulation solutions and training capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience leading transformational cross-discipline teams and projects
- 10+ years of experience with solutions engineering for the DoD
- 10+ years of experience leading integration of training platforms and solutions
- 10+ years of experience building successively larger programs, projects, and teams
- 7+ years of experience translating user requirements into delivered capabilities
- Experience with the development of new solutions, service offerings, and game-changing innovations from ideation to build to user adoption
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience leading software development, engineering, and technology solution and execution teams
- Experience integrating training and operational platforms to support synthetic injected into live exercises
- Experience integrating training platforms
- Experience with rapid prototyping in response to client problems
- Experience delivering cloud computing and open architecture solutions
- Knowledge of SW development and training simulation systems and enterprise network integration architectures, implementations, and operations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
