Program Support Analyst

The Challenge:

You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. We have an opportunity for a project analyst to join our team as we manage a contract that provides technical solutions to various Naval client programs.

On our team, you’ll help project leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools like the Microsoft office suite and daily interactions with program managers and technical staff. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create processes and functions to ensure contract compliance across a portfolio of tasks and assist with recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to develop your analysis skills while gaining project management experience. You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail required
  • Ability to work independently, organize team activity to accomplish contract level goals, and manage a list of contract requirements for execution
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with NAVAIR contracts and
  • Knowledge of contractual obligations
  • Ability to direct small teams
  • Possession of excellent organization and time management skills
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree in Business
  • PMP Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
