AI Operations Research Analyst

Key Role:

Support the drafting of an annual study plan that encompasses current and future year requirements to support the development of an AI concept framework. Support the development of and participate in an AI needs assessment and data collection plans, including executing workshops within client communities of practice. Support development of an AI strategy on concepts and capability development. Conduct research to discover, analyze, and summarize relevant AI concept literature. Support or conduct studies and assess and offer recommendations on applicable emerging AI technologies, including the design, development, and execution of web-based capabilities, knowledge management capabilities, cloud computing, social networking, and collaboration technologies. Provide support for experiments and evaluations that explore innovative methods of assessing proposed AI concepts capability solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with providing data collection, analysis, and experiment support

-Experience with developing study plans based on current and future requirements

-Experience with performing analyses of operating environments, pulling data from multiple sources, and providing strategic guidance to the government based on results

-Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Analytics

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army projects and programs

-Experience with technology scouting and evaluation

-Experience with Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P)

-Knowledge of AI technologies, both current and emerging
