As a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Planner, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of an invisible domain of warfare. You use your skills to think bigger and push farther, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
You’ll provide subject matter expertise to support strategic analysis and planning efforts for Joint spectrum operations. Your sharp communication skills will help convey important details to inform our senior-level decision-makers via background papers, briefings, and other analyses. You leverage your knowledge and experience to provide research and analysis of various national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat and intelligence assessments, integration of partner nation capabilities and coordinate with other Service Components, research labs, industry, and Joint Staff. You’ll identify operational areas of concern, areas requiring additional focus, and innovative new concepts of employment.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with Intelligence Analysis in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), intelligence support to joint planning, or analysis of EW operational data
3+ years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations
Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with writing reports, graphics, and information papers
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in an EW specialty service, including U.S. Army Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA)
Experience in coordinating with other DoD entities, including the Joint Staff, Service Components, and non-DoD organizations, such as DHS and the Department of State
Experience with EW applications and databases, including EWPMT, FADE and MIST, and CED
Master's degree
Completion of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course
Graduate of a Service Command and General Staff College
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
