As a Ground Combat Element Training Professional, you’ll bring tactical and technical expertise to work on projects to improve training readiness across the Marine Corps. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide subject matter support to the Live Virtual Constructive – Training Environment for the Marine Corps. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, related to training capabilities and readiness.

You’ll guide the work we do for and the solutions we deliver for training readiness across the Marine Corps.

You served your country as a seasoned Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps.

You Have: 

  • Experience utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environments to strengthen the combat lethality, resiliency, and readiness of Marine Corps formations
  • Experience working with the various organizations within HQMC, Training and Education Command, and the Fleet to ensure that training systems support the training requirements ranging from the individual Marine up to the MEF level
  • Experience developing training materials and systems to ensure combat readiness of Marine Corps formations
  • Experience conducting range modernization
  • Knowledge of range instrumentation
  • Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness Manuals, and HQMC policies for training
  • Ability to assess training simulation systems in order to ensure they meet the requirements of the training audience and will ensure training readiness of the force
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience in the Marine Corps Combat Arms Occupational Skills
  • Experience conducting field user evaluations
  • Master's degree
  • Graduate of Command and Staff College or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
