The Challenge:
What if you could use your engineering skills to help stop threat actors, catch a kidnapper, or solve a cold case? As an electronics engineering technician, you can unlock the functionality of faulty and damaged devices. That knowledge is key when it comes to how law enforcement investigates modern technology. We’re looking for an engineering technician who can use their skills to enable novel methods for recovering data from damaged devices and investigating electronics used by criminals.
Our team performs hands-on teardowns, technical analysis, tool development for mobile devices, wearables, smart home gadgets, emerging technologies, and custom electronics. That’s why we need you, a specialist in test, analysis and repair of digital electronics. You’ll apply your expertise in testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and reworking electronics to develop as part of cutting-edge investigations. You’ll directly impact investigations and intelligence gathering by recovering data that was seemingly lost, destroyed, or protected. This is a chance to join a close-knit team that is nationally regarded and well-resourced where you can use your skill with in-circuit testing and debugging and BGA rework and reflow while providing insight into the fabrication decisions and techniques seen in consumer electronics. Join us and take on exciting challenges in law enforcement as we support the development of tomorrow’s investigative tools.
Empower change with us.
