Job Description
Key Role:
Provide analytical support for OPSEC assessments of Marine Corps Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) commands, coordinate frequently with organizations and Plans, Policies, and Operations to ensure USMC OPSEC policy meets all necessary requirements, and define a systems engineering approach to continue the development of the Marine Corps OPSEC Support Element (OSE) and supporting processes. Assist the service enterprise, including supporting operating forces and adhering to USMC Policy on OPSEC. Apply comprehension of the Service’s combat development institutions and processes for OPSEC capability across the enterprise that addresses DOTMLPF gaps. Coordinate and synchronize the USMC OPSEC capability with DON and all Joint and DoD levied requirements and analyze the enhancement of the Marine Corps OPSEC doctrine and policy. Develop analytical approaches for integrating OPSEC planning initiatives and efforts into military operations, evaluate and validate its implementation, and assist with coordinating OPSEC support for the military and government. Provide OPSEC-specific analytical reports to support vulnerability assessments and OPSEC program development. Develop trends and analysis reports for Marine Corps OPSEC posture and maintain awareness of industry best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with providing OPSEC support, OPSEC principles, and OPSEC planning
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations
TS/SCI clearance
HS Diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Marine Corps OPSEC Programs
Experience with Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, Joint, DoD, and Coalition OPSEC policy, doctrine, and processes
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
OPSEC Level II Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
