Test Engineer

Key Role:

Provide test and evaluation support to Marine Corps acquisition programs. Support T&E assessments of acquisition test strategies and documentation. Conduct and document evaluations and risk assessments on individual program test approaches, strategies, and documentation, including TES, TEMP, developmental evaluation frameworks, detailed test plans, and SETR event material to ensure adequacy and compliance with Marine Corps Systems Command (MSCS) and DoN policies. Review and evaluate operational test documentation to ensure MSCS equities are represented and that operational evaluations are consistent with requirements. Assess test results and reports for impact on requirement compliance and materiel solution adequacy. Prepare and present material to inform senior leadership on the status of test planning, execution, and results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with system integration and testing
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualification:

  • Experience with Marine Corps acquisition programs

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
