Supply Chain Management Logistician

Key Role:

Develop, implement, and manage supply chain streams and solutions. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. Air Force supply chain management operations
  • Experience using and managing USAF logistics systems, including D035, D043, ILSS, and LIMS-EV 
  • Experience analyzing, determining causal factors, and proposing potential solutions to supply chain issues that can negatively affect the mission 
  • Ability to assist the client in analyzing contractual obligations to ensure requirements are met 
  • Ability to use verbal and written communication skills for daily engagement with the client and occasional presentations regarding task progress, recommendations, and strategy 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time 
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance 
  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management, Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management, or Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the Air Education and Training Command in a supply chain management capacity 
  • Experience using and managing USAF logistics systems, including Blade, FedMall, AMARG 44 System, Tracker Lite, Internet Bid Board System, and WebFLIS
  • Experience building project plans and implementing supply chain forecasts 
  • Experience in multiple supply chain-related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
