We’re looking for a systems administrator who specializes in configuring, maintaining, and managing BMC Remedy ITSM applications to help us overcome the challenges that are inherent to dynamic DoD requirements, developmental environments, and increasing demands for automation.
As a lead systems administrator on our project, you’ll manage, configure, and maintain BMC Remedy v20.02 ITSM suite of tools. You'll maintain the health of Remedy servers and services, including patching and remediating Remedy servers. You’ll guide your team as they provide customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like automation, and cloud computing. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the teamwork through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:
· 3+ years of experience with Remedy and IT Development
· Experience with planning, configuring, developing, managing, and testing O&M of BMC Remedy Management ITSM suite
· Experience with performing Remedy Server upgrades, patching, and remediation
· Experience with diagnosing and repairing problems in the ITSM and Remedy systems
· TS/SCI clearance
· HS Diploma or GED
· Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III Certification, including Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, or CISSP
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with developing Remedy filters, forms, and workflows
· Experience with creating and modifying Remedy workflow objects, including overlays, applications, regular forms, display-only forms, active links, filters, escalations, menus, guides, and view forms
· Knowledge of Remedy ITSM's underlying database structure
· Knowledge of ITIL Framework processes and concepts
· BMC Remedy Certification
· ITIL Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
