Instructional Designer, Mid

Key Role:

Support federal health clients and project teams in the development and implementation of innovative training to engage all levels within the organization. Work with clients to assess training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Distill technical information into an easily understood message accessible to a broader audience. Develop course material and use assessment techniques that meet defined learning objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with all phases of the training development life cycle
-Knowledge of training methodologies
-Ability to work in a team-based or project environment
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in working with the FDA
-1+ years of experience with the health or medical product industries, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, strategy, operations, manufacturing, or consulting
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
-MA or MS degree in Learning/Instructional Design or scientific field
-Instructional System Design (ISD) Certification preferred
