Job Description
The Opportunity:
You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by supporting national security. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planner to support the stand-up of a new Radio Frequency (RF) capability for our squadron. This role requires working closely with multiple stakeholders, RF teams, and various points of contact (POCs) to ensure milestones are tracked, documented, and met on time.
In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their RF requirements. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. The planner should be able to speak intelligently to these systems and effectively collaborate with technical experts.
Work with us to transform the future of digital platforms.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience managing projects within government entities such as the DoD
- Experience managing large-scale projects successfully from start to finish, including milestone tracking and risk management
- Experience documenting processes, milestones, and engineering team progress for leadership review
- Experience with tools such as project management software, including Microsoft Project or Jira
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and POCs
- Ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Ability to communicate effectively about RF range systems, project plans, and technical progress with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice If You Have:
