Job Description
Key Role:
Apply a broad range of network infrastructure experience, including the following technical areas: equipment installation, connecting network switches, connecting network routers, cable fabrication, and equipment rack installation. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of equipment racks and cabling. Provide support to the existing LAN/WAN network environment and plan and implement new technologies, such as routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure. Install, maintain, and repair hardware, including peripheral devices, evaluate network performance, schedule upgrades, and maintenance without interrupting business workflow.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with installing and managing network equipment, cabling, and equipment racks
Ability to install network switches, routers, cabling, and relocating equipment racks
Ability to manage and organize server rooms, equipment racks, and cabling
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with technical work, including performing in-depth network infrastructure installations
Experience as an Air Force 1D7X1Q, Army 25B, or other service equivalent
Ability to be a self-starter, work without considerable direction, and work with a team
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including coordinating efforts
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or Information Systems
DoD 8140 or 8570 Level II Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
