Job Description
Key Role:
Provide engineering configuration management services for engineering artifacts and processes to meet systems engineering needs and requirements. Apply specific configuration management expertise and working and general industry knowledge. Lead the development of configuration management standards, processes, and nomenclature. Work with the engineering team to ensure configuration management standards and processes are understood and adhered to.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with establishing and maintaining a configuration management system to track and control software, hardware, acquisition, and technical documentation
- 2+ years of experience with configuration management tools and databases, including JIRA, CM Pro, and Naval Lift
- 2+ years of experience with developing and enforcing configuration management policies, procedures, and standards through formal Enterprise Change Request (ECR) processes
- 2+ years of experience with defining and implementing configuration management processes and workflows
- 2+ years of experience with reviewing, updating, and providing CM process training to contractor and government personnel
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with the development, security, operations (DEVSECOPS), and engineering throughout the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with maintaining a centralized repository for software code, documentation, and artifacts
- Experience with participating in Integrated Product Team (IPT), Program and PMW Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Platform Technical Review Board (PTRB) meetings and discussions
- Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team environment
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
