Defense Readiness and Training Support Analyst, Mid

As a Defense Readiness and Training Support Analyst, you'll assist our DoD client onsite as a training and readiness coordinator. You’ll provide subject matter expertise support on readiness applications from a systems and policy perspective through knowledge of the information technology structure, update cycle, and authoritative data resident within the applications, including the Readiness Cost Reporting Program (RCRP), Advanced Skills Management (ASM), Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS), Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS), Defense Readiness Reporting System - Strategic (DRRS-S), Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise Business Intelligence (NRRE-BI), and other authoritative databases integrating with DRRS-S or RCRP.

You will perform deep-dive analysis of force training readiness and assist our client in identifying key factors affecting readiness. You will act as a Schools and Range coordinator, scheduling all individual training courses and unit-level training venues and ranges. You will coordinate with lower echelons in the development of long-range training plans and validate Web-Enabled Scheduling System (WEBSKED) data entry against the force training plans.

You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience with DRRS-S operations and systems
  • 8+ years of experience supporting the readiness family of systems and scheduling tools, including RCRP, ASM, NTIMS, Readiness Cost Engine - Training (RCE-T), NRRE-BI, Global Force Management (GFM) Navy Organizational Server, WEBSKED, Data Collection and Scheduling Tool (DCAST), Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS), and Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Secret clearance 
  • Bachelor's degree 

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience drafting Naval Messages within Official Information Exchange (OIX)
  • Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) role and Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
  • Knowledge of the Navy Mission Essential Task List (NMETL) development process
  • Knowledge of Navy authoritative readiness data sources
  • Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
