You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while working together with your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with systems engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle
  • Experience with NAVWAR or PEO C4I programs and policies, including the acquisition life cycle and the management of cost, schedule, risk, and performance of programs under the Defense Acquisition System
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to act as a product manager, working with stakeholders and clients to determine product selection in line with stated goals and product portfolio preferred end-state
  • Ability to analyze and communicate complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with evaluating technologies and technology readiness levels, leading meetings, and developing presentations and briefings for use by senior leaders
  • Experience with analyzing customer capabilities and supporting missions through detailed processes and requirements traceability
  • Knowledge of DoD, DoDSECNAV 5000 instructions, and the Navy Modernization Process (NMP)
  • Knowledge of battlespace awareness and information operations capabilities
  • Ability to write, develop, and maintain technical documentation, including reference architecture and implementation plans
  • Ability to analyze new technologies to shape the strategic direction of Navy systems
  • Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Engineering
  • ASEP, Network+, PMP, or Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
