Key Role:
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of firm and government sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced theories, principles and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Assume responsibility for supervision and development of first level Supervisors and Managers. This position will require travel between Booz Allen offices and government facilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading the development of solutions for highly complex problems, and working with wide latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions primarily focused on SAP security environments
Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs involving various classified environments, such as 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, and DoD Manual 5205.07 Special Access Program Manuals: Volumes 1-4
Ability to interface with Booz Allen market teams and sub-accounts to develop sound security strategies and enhance business development
Ability to develop advanced security theories, principles, and concepts and encourage development regionally and across the firm
Ability to supervise the development of first level Supervisors or Managers and staff
Ability to travel between Booz Allen offices and government facilities as required
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security disciplines involving collateral, SCI, and SAP programs or 15+ years of experience in Industrial Security disciplines involving collateral, SCI, and SAP programs in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
