Global Cyber Exercise Engineer

Key Role:

Support environment network design, software licensing management, and delivery of modeling and simulation, including hardware and infrastructure upgrades for global support activities. Lead and participate in national-level cyber exercises and wargaming activities. Leverage expertise in cyber operations, modeling and simulation, and exercise design and execution. Apply expertise in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience as a Modeling and Simulation Engineer
    • 5+ years of experience with leading teams in modeling and simulation, cyber operations, or exercise design and execution
    • Experience in modeling and simulation languages or tools, including Python, Java, or administrator
    • Experience with vendor modeling and simulation tools, including SimSpace
    • Experience with network engineering and security engineering
    • Knowledge of national-level cyber policies, strategies, and objectives
    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation approaches and original insights regarding how these technologies can practically advance Cyber Exercises
    • Ability to relocate to Singapore
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

    Additional Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in conducting resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
    • Experience in traditional networking, virtual environments, virtualization, or industrial control systems
    • Experience in support of DoD Cyber Exercises
    • Experience in building capabilities of new and emerging expertise from the ground up
    • Experience in cybersecurity
    • Knowledge of Asia Pacific regional affairs for cyber, national security, or defense
    • Ability to travel internationally to meet client needs
    • Possession of excellent detail and organizational skills
    • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Possession of excellent customer service skills
