Job Description
Key Role:
Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, and processes. Apply specific functional knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with developing new expertise in emerging technologies regarding open-source or publicly available information, including social media, web searches, big data analysis, and bulk data harvesting
Experience with critical thinking, including geospatial thinking to develop and execute research plans
Experience with communicating with teammates, mission partners, or senior leadership, including verbally, in writing, and through demonstration of GEOINT techniques, methodologies, concepts, or processes
Experience with representing an office or organization to internal and external audiences and providing customer service
Ability to show a score of 2 or higher on the DLPT IV or ILR in Russian
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience with conducting open-source data collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination, Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience with conducting open-source data collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with conducting open-source data collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using OSINT tradecraft and techniques, including open source mapping services to answer requests for information
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), ESRI ArcGIS, Google Earth, GeoMedia PRO, or QGIS
Experience with business technologies, including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with planning, prioritizing, and managing assignments in a timely manner
Experience with creating intelligence products supporting mission requirements
Experience with the TCPED process
Knowledge of DoD and intelligence community missions
Knowledge of geography, cartography, or map reading
Knowledge of GEOINT databases, including commercial databases
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
