GEOINT Throughput Analyst

Key Role:

Improve the mission areas of Booz Allen client through support to existing operational activities, future needs and capabilities, and developmental activities quantitatively and qualitatively. Demonstrate expertise in GEOINT access, products, imagery, and dissemination strategies across client architectures. Leverage expertise with and apply dissemination and access controls rules in accordance with client's policy guidance. Review customer needs and support additions or modifications to existing data dissemination or access profiles for client tools and services and provide virtual and onsite support to imagery operations and integration activities across client processes, including Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) workflows. Provide administration for Intelligence, Defense, and Civil data access and dissemination architectures, policies, and supporting processes in support of the client, track system changes and problems impacting those systems and users, and provide troubleshooting support to client at the user- and tool-level in attempts to restore imagery access. Assist the client with developing and coordinating complex access, throughput, or dissemination strategies. Use professional judgement in decision making and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with GEOINT collection requirements and operations, or tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes as a source throughput analyst (STA), source strategies analyst (SSA), or collection manager

• Knowledge with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), FishTools, and PRISM

• Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to enable GEOINT throughput

• Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration

• Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take polygraph exam

• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience as a GEOINT collection manager or SSA, including managing geospatial information needs within GEOINT Information Management Services, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience as a GEOINT collection manager or SSA, including managing geospatial information needs within GEOINT Information Management Services, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience as a GEOINT collection manager or SSA, including managing geospatial information needs within GEOINT Information Management Services

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience as an imagery or geospatial analyst

• Experience with GIS tools and capabilities

• Experience with GIMS Advanced Search and Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS)

• Ability to facilitate interagency collaboration

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
